A Message of Hope

Good afternoon!

I hope everyone is getting along well throughout this extraordinary time and I miss being able to interact with you all (and tease you!).

As we all get used to our temporary “new normal” or what I have been starting to call it: “a temporary life time out” I think it’s good to try to step back and put things in perspective as much as we can.

We will get through this! There will be bumps and frustrations along the way but we will have normal again.

I found this link below and the video to be very helpful, settling for me to listen to the other day. I think if you have some free time to watch/listen to the video please do so.

Below is a youtube video I wanted to make sure all you have seen that was posted by Dr. David Price who is a critical care pulmonologist currently battling the COVID virus in a New York hospital. I think it is good to hear directly from someone who is battling this difficult virus on a daily basis and listen to his advice as how to protect you and others from helping the spread of this nasty virus. Please think about passing this video on to others who may benefit from the pearls that Dr. Price goes over.
